About the Role:
As the Head of Digital Marketing , you will be the torchbearer of IIDEbrand identity, storytelling, and user experience across every touchpoint. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team to craft high-impact campaigns, content, and communication that connect deeply with our audience. While performance and digital strategies will support the function, your primary focus will be driving brand resonance , creative excellence , and content innovation that position IIDE as a cultural force in the education and digital space.
What Youll Do:
Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership

Define, build, and constantly evolve IIDEbrand identity, tone, and visual language.

Lead the ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that are bold, emotional, and memorable.

Own content strategy across platforms web, social, email, offline, events, and more.

Collaborate with internal and external creative teams, production houses, and influencers to deliver high-quality creatives.

Conceptualize and oversee video, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and design across media.

Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints and departments.

Spearhead thought leadership, awards, and brand partnerships to elevate IIDEpublic presence.

Turn marketing into a cultural voice from memes to masterclasses to storytelling formats that drive community and engagement.
Customer Experience & Content Innovation

Champion audience-first creative thinking rooted in research and behavior.

Reimagine customer journeys with a creative lens from ads to landing pages to nurturing flows.

Explore new creative formats (AI, AR, personalization, etc.) to push boundaries.

Implement feedback loops from learners to evolve communication continuously.
Performance & Channel Strategy

Guide a lean performance team to support creative campaigns with targeted media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Track and report campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine creative messaging further.

Work with digital teams to ensure SEO, SEM, and analytics align with brand positioning.

Collaborate with web and product teams to elevate storytelling on the site and across digital properties.
Collaboration & Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of 25+ across content, design, video, social, and growth.

Build a culture of experimentation, creativity, and execution excellence.

Collaborate with sales, product, and academic teams to bring the brand voice into every layer of the learner experience.
Requirements Who You Are:
Must-Have:

10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content, creative strategy, or integrated campaigns.

Portfolio of high-impact brand campaigns across video, social, digital, and offline.

Experience managing large creative teams or cross-functional marketing squads.

Deep understanding of Gen Z and millennial content formats and behaviors.

Strong creative judgment, storytelling ability, and a user-centric mindset.
Should Have:

Familiarity with performance marketing, and the ability to brief and interpret results from digital teams.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and content-led website optimization.

Experience in education, media, lifestyle, or consumer-first industries.
Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Premier Pro, or creative suites.
