Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the Head of Digital Marketing and Growth. The leader in this position will be responsible for designing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives, driving high-performance campaigns, and fostering sustainable business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing digital strategies, orchestrating social media campaigns, optimizing web analytics tools, and overseeing lead generation efforts to ensure measurable results. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with the organization’s vision, ensuring activities comply with market regulations and align with global trends.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Marketing strategies and Digital Strategy development
  • Proven ability in Social Media Marketing and implementing effective digital campaigns
  • Skills in Lead Generation and techniques to attract and nurture potential clients
  • Expertise in Web Analytics and utilizing tools to measure and enhance marketing performance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in data-driven markets, such as GDPR and global privacy mandates, is an asset
  • An advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
