Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Department, based in Mumbai. As Head of Department, you will lead and oversee the performance of your department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and programs. Your responsibilities include curriculum management, resource allocation, performance evaluation, mentorship of faculty members, and cultivating a collaborative and innovative work culture. You will work closely with leadership to develop strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team
• Strong expertise in curriculum development, program management, and academic structuring
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making proficiency
• Relevant educational qualifications, ideally a Master's or Doctoral degree in Education or a related field
• Experience in establishing and achieving departmental goals, metrics, and objectives
• Strong commitment to student success, academic excellence, and institutional growth
• Prior experience in the education industry or a similar role is a significant advantage
