I. Academic Responsibilities: 1. Academic Planning and Preparation: i. Oversee and manage the academic activities in line with the Director’s guidance and institutional objectives. ii. Prepare and distribute the semester timetable to faculty and students, ensuring it follows the Director’s guidelines and is provided one day before class commencement. iv. Collect and review faculty lesson plans before the semester begins to ensure adherence to prescribed academic standards. v. Ensure faculty workload distribution aligns with the Director’s guidelines and institutional policies. 2. Faculty Support and Performance Management: i.
