Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction in Management subjects such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Business Ethics. Guide postgraduate and doctoral research students. Design and develop innovative curriculum aligned with industry and academic trends. Conduct and publish high-impact research in reputed peer-reviewed journals. Secure research funding and lead research projects and collaborations. Mentor and support faculty development initiatives within the department. Actively participate in academic administration and contribute to institutional development. Engage with industry leaders and build corporate partnerships for research and student engagement. Represent the institution in academic and professional forums nationally and internationally.
