Head of Credit Control

• Define and implement the overall credit policy, framework, and risk appetite of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the credit team across branches/regions.
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategy while ensuring a balance between growth and credit risk.
• Develop risk assessment models and scoring systems aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee evaluation of loan/credit proposals to ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control overall credit risk exposure.
• Set limits for sectors, industries, and individual borrowers to minimize concentration risk..
• Track the performance of the loan/credit portfolio and ensure healthy asset quality.
• Coordinate with business development teams to align credit decisions with growth objectives.
• Generate MIS reports on portfolio health, sectoral exposures, delinquencies, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk management, lending practices, and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
