Head of Construction (MEP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  MEP design, engineering, and execution

  during construction of large-scale industrial facilities.
• Manage

  project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance

  for all construction phases.
• Oversee

  commissioning and handover

  of MEP systems to operations teams.
• Direct

  post-construction MEP maintenance

  and operations across multiple facilities.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety standards, regulatory compliance

  , and quality protocols.
• Coordinate with

  EPC contractors, design consultants, OEM vendors

  , and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead on-site engineering teams across

  multiple technical disciplines

  .

Qualifications:

• 25+ years of experience

  in MEP engineering, construction, and facility management in heavy industries.
• Proven leadership in

  greenfield industrial projects

  (e.g., refinery, petrochemical, power plant, large manufacturing).
• Hands-on expertise with

  chillers, HVAC, high-power compressors

  , electrical and utility systems.
• Experience managing

  multi-site operations and maintenance

  .
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination.

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

  .
