Job Description

As a Head of Business Strategy at our fast-growing digital finance platform, your role will involve shaping brand positioning, driving revenue innovation, and leading high-impact growth initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence the future of financial services, engage with both B2C and B2B segments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute market-leading strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across consumer and business segments. - Design brand positioning strategies to establish the platform as a trusted name in the digital finance space. - Collaborate with PR agencies, content teams, and social media specialists to maintain a cohesive brand voice. - Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, partnerships, and expansion into new regions. - Identify and secure strategic partnerships with influencers, fintech platforms, educational institutions, and media outlets. - Represent the organization at key fintech, blockchain, and digital finance events to enhance thought leadership. - Develop targeted strategies to attract and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors. - Work closely with Product, Marketing, Community, and Support teams to align strategy with execution. - Drive revenue innovation through new product offerings, pricing models, and ecosystem integrations. **Required Qualifications:** - 7-8 years of experience in business strategy roles within finance, fintech, or high-growth sectors. - Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support data-driven business decisions. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - Deep understanding or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital finance, and regulatory frameworks. - Experience designing monetization models, fee structures, and referral programs. - Skilled in aligning and leading cross-functional teams, including marketing and technology. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Hands-on experience in growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing is a plus.
