> Develop and execute a high-impact sales and distribution strategy to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
> Define and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for the stock broking vertical
> Oversee the end-to-end broking operations
> Deep understanding of broking, trading operations, market trends, and regulatory landscapes.
> Proven expertise in P&L management, sales strategy, and business scaling.
> Strong working knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, regulatory frameworks, and risk management policies.
