As the Head of Brand Partnerships & Revenue at The Guild in Noida, you will utilize your 8+ years of experience in B2B Media Sales, Brand Solutions, or Marketing Solutions to drive revenue, build strategic brand partnerships, and expand your own team. The Guild is India's premier business media platform focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, offering high-impact content, events, and marketing solutions tailored for business leaders. You will be responsible for monetizing The Guild's business lines such as SME Futures, Guild Live, Guild TV, and Guild Partner Studio by developing high-impact brand partnerships and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. Your entrepreneurial spirit and strong sales acumen will be crucial in selling high-value brand solutions to C-suite decision-makers. Key responsibilities include owning revenue targets for media sales, developing aggressive B2B sales strategies, leading sales efforts by example, crafting tailored marketing solutions, and expanding the sales team based on performance growth. You will work closely with C-suite executives, pitch presentations, negotiate deals, and innovate new monetization models to grow media, events, and brand partnerships. To excel in this role, you must have a track record of closing high-value deals, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to develop innovative brand partnerships and monetization strategies. Additionally, you should be an exceptional storyteller capable of creating compelling pitch decks and proposals that resonate with clients.
