Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Tie-Ups & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and onboard

    B2B clients

    including industries, corporates, and institutions for solar energy solutions.
  • Develop and maintain

    long-term relationships

    with key stakeholders, including government bodies, large enterprises, and financial institutions.
  • Structure and negotiate

    high-value contracts

    to meet client energy requirements.

2. Market Expansion & Brand Presence

  • Drive the company’s

    domestic and international market expansion

    through strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the company at

    industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align

    sales strategies with market trends

    .

3. Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Drive

    lead generation

    through online (digital marketing, LinkedIn, webinars) and offline (roadshows, direct sales) channels.
  • Oversee

    branding, content marketing, and PR

    to position the company as a thought leader in solar and energy solutions.
  • Leverage platforms like

    Steel Mint

    and other industry forums to promote services.

4. Client Retention & After-Sales Service

  • Ensure

    high client satisfaction

    by improving aftersales support and service delivery.
  • Implement

    feedback mechanisms

    to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Develop

    loyalty programs

    and long-term engagement strategies.

5. Product & Service Innovation

  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify gaps and opportunities for new offerings.
  • Work with technical teams to

    develop customized solar solutions

    for clients.
  • Launch

    new services/products

    aligned with industry demands.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent

    .
  • 10+ years

    in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in

    solar/renewable energy, EPC, or industrial services

    .
  • Proven track record in

    corporate tie-ups, contract negotiations, and revenue growth

    .
  • Strong

    network in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors

    .
  • Expertise in

    digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools

    .
