Key Responsibilities

🧭

Strategic Leadership

  • Own advertising strategy for all partner brands across Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD), AMC & DSP.
  • Create brand-level monthly/quarterly growth plans — focused on scaling revenue and improving efficiency.
  • Act as the

    go-to strategy lead

    for internal teams & clients, freeing up founder bandwidth from day-to-day strategic work.
  • Identify & implement new ad products, betas, and marketplace trends to drive growth.
  • Has adopted AI tools for Amazon Advertising.
👥

Team Management

  • Lead a team of 4–5 Amazon PPC advertisers, ensuring flawless campaign execution across accounts.
  • Review performance, guide optimisation strategies, and elevate the team’s skillset through training and frameworks.
  • Establish SOPs, quality control measures, and review mechanisms to ensure consistency and scale.
  • Foster a culture of proactivity, ownership, and strategic thinking.

Performance & Growth

  • Manage & optimise spends

    of ₹1 Cr+/month in ad spends

  • Ensure performance KPIs are consistently met or exceeded (ACOS, ROAS, NTB %, CVR, CPC trends, etc.)
  • Drive continuous improvement across targeting, bidding strategies, wasted spend reduction, and keyword expansion.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead on Amazon ad innovations — AMC, Sponsored TV, advanced targeting.
  • Share learnings internally & externally (LinkedIn, webinars, internal training).
  • Build playbooks that can be applied across verticals to scale faster.


Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience

    in an

    agency environment

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of

    managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad spends

    across multiple brands.
  • Has

    led a team of at least 4–5 advertisers

    — with demonstrated ability to drive strategy, not just execution.
  • Deep understanding of all Amazon ad types, targeting strategies, SQRs, bidding systems, and scaling frameworks.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to DSP or AMC is a bonus.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in performance reporting, insights & strategic recommendations.
