Head Mixologist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Mixologist located in New Delhi. The Head Mixologist will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of food service and safety, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves training and supervising bar staff, managing inventory, sourcing quality ingredients, and keeping up with industry trends. The Head Mixologist is expected to create memorable experiences for guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating innovative cocktails and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Skills in food service and food safety
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of seafood and sourcing quality ingredients is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a mixologist or head bartender is preferred
• Certification in bartending or a related field is a plus
