Head Mixologist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Mixologist located in New Delhi. As the Head Mixologist, your primary responsibilities will include crafting innovative cocktails, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of food service and safety, and providing excellent customer service. You will be tasked with training and supervising bar staff, managing inventory, sourcing quality ingredients, and staying updated with industry trends. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests while upholding a clean and organized bar area. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in creating innovative cocktails and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills in food service and food safety are essential, along with strong customer service skills. Knowledge of seafood and the ability to source quality ingredients will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a mixologist or head bartender is preferred, and certification in bartending or a related field is a definite plus.,
