Job Overview: The Mall Marketing Head at is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, and promotional activities to drive footfall, tenant success, and customer engagement. Success in this role means consistently increasing mall traffic, elevating brand positioning, fostering strong tenant relationships, and delivering high-impact campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning the mall's marketing initiatives with the larger business goals of, supporting leasing, sales, and long-term customer loyalty. As a key leadership position, it ensures stands out as a destination for lifestyle, retail, and entertainment in the Delhi-NCR region.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to increase mall footfall, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor, and inmall platforms.

Collaborate with the leasing and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals and tenant needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to support joint promotional activities and drive store-level sales.

Oversee the conceptualization and execution of mall events, festivals, and activations to enhance customer experience and dwell time.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of marketing plans.

Supervise the mall’s social media presence, website, and content strategy to maintain an active and engaging digital footprint.

Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI tracking.

Ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with the mall’s brand identity and customer positioning.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to drive creativity, accountability, and consistent delivery of results.

Stay updated on retail and consumer trends to propose innovative marketing approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
