Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies and plans to maximize sales and profits in the assigned markets
The role holder will be responsible to handle export operations
Will be responsible for appointment of distributors, export documentation, listing products with retailers, strong relationship with retailers, finalising marketing plan with retailers and distributors.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential export opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Develop the Sales Strategy for GCC Markets
Manage the companys export sales, including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and customer service.
Develop the distribution network, identify buyers, negotiate and finalize business contracts.
Resolve customer complaints and disputes, and ensure.
Responsible for Topline Sales, increase the market share
Travel Globally, Attend exhibitions and conferences

Desired Skills and Experience

Overall Exports experience of over 15-25 years with reputed FMCG companies.
Looking for hands on GCC exposure of 5-10 years is must
Proven track record in building and managing sales and distribution in GCC markets
Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, should be able manage multiple stakeholders
