Head International Export Sales

Role Overview: As a candidate with experience in the adhesives industry, lamination films, and packaging manufacturers, you will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in Gulf countries and Africa in the packaging, lamination, and book binding segment. Your main tasks will involve conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing international sales operations, building relationships with customers and partners, analyzing sales performance, attending trade shows, collaborating with internal departments, and staying updated on industry trends and international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, assess market trends, and evaluate competitors - Develop sales plans and strategies for entering new markets and expanding existing ones - Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, agents, and other business partners in international markets - Coordinate and manage the entire export sales process, including order processing, logistics, shipping, and documentation - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners - Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback - Travel to international markets to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events - Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance - Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in international trade regulations Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Export Sales/business development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Interpersonal skills - Problem-solving attitude Company Details: SG OASIS is seeking candidates with a background in the adhesives industry, lamination films, and packaging manufacturers to join their team.
