Job Title: Head - Inside Sales - Team Leader Position Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Head - Inside Sales, a Team Leader to oversee and support our inside Sales Managers and Admission Counsellors. Head - Inside Sales will be responsible for monitoring sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. He/she will communicate with various professionals, so its essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. The person should be able to manage and motivate the inside sales team to achieve specific goals and targets. Ultimately, the Head - Inside Sales should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure expected targets are achieved. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the inside sales team. Achieving sales targets assigned to Inside sales team. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Use student feedback to generate ideas about new features or products Ensure sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met Build an open-communication environment for your team Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales Desired Candidate Profile: Proven work experience as an Team Leader - Inside Sales Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office In-depth understanding of the sales administration process Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field Qualifications: Minimum Graduate with relevant experience Communicate Skills: Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Online Education preferably in a reputed Institute/ College/ University or Edtech company. Key Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and in CRM software, LMS and/or Smartsheet or other similar project management software.
