Head - Information Technology

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team at HO and plant sites (45 members).
• Ensure compliance of IT systems with

  CSV, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements

  .
• Oversee

  regulatory audit preparedness

  and support site teams during inspections by regulatory authorities and clients.
• Manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, network security, and data protection measures across all locations.
• Strengthen

  cyber security frameworks

  and ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and system upgrades.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, IT budgets, and service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, R&D, Sales, and other business functions to implement IT-enabled solutions.
• Provide regular updates to the Director on IT performance, audit readiness, risks, and ongoing initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / related field.
• 1218 years of core IT experience, with

  5+ years in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry

  .
• Strong expertise in

  CSV, IT infrastructure, cyber security, ERP systems, and data integrity compliance

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  regulatory audits

  and client inspections.
• Proven track record of handling multi-site IT operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly to plant sites

  for audits, compliance checks, and IT governance.
