Role Snapshot:Were looking for a female HR leader with 16-18 years of experience, preferably from consumer or retail sectors, who is passionate about building profitable, people-first organizations.Ideal Candidate:Must have worked directly with a Promoter (Business Owner / MD / CEO) for at least the last 35 years, aligning HR strategy with business goalsProven track record in driving profitability through strategic HR interventionsCurrently gainfully employed with demonstrated experience in listed companies and reputed brandsBrings a consulting mindset and functions as a strategic advisor to leadershipComfortable navigating ambiguity and supporting early-stage/incubated businessesMust hold a Tier 1 or Tier 2 full-time MBA degreeShould have a tenured profile with solid long-term experienceThis is a rare opportunity to shape the HR vision and drive transformative strategies within a globally respected organization.
