1.Own the Entire HR Function Full accountability for all HR activities across the organization Build and implement processes that support our teams as we scale Be the single point of contact for all HR matters from hiring to compliance
2. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee HR documentation, audits, labor law compliance and employee records Build policies that are practical and aligned with the companys culture
3. Recruitment & Onboarding Drive and manage hiring across functions and levels Build recruitment processes that are fast, efficient, and scalable Ensure smooth onboarding across locations
4. Payroll & HR Tech Must have hands-on experience managing payroll through automation tools (preferably Zimyo or any other advanced payroll system) Ensure accurate, timely payroll and full statutory compliance Work closely with finance and external partners to keep systems efficient
5. Employee Lifecycle Management Handle end-to-end employee experience including engagement, issue resolution, performance, and exit processes Maintain strong internal communication and people connect across all office and field teams
6. Travel & Multi-City Operations Be ready to travel extensively to company locations across India Build a strong HR presence and support function across geographies
Experience: 12 -18 years of hands-on HR experience in startups or fast-paced environments
