Director – HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving people strategy aligned to organizational objectives. This role will oversee business partnering, talent management, and organization development initiatives to enhance capability, culture, and performance across the enterprise.

What You'll be doing:

Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align HR solutions accordingly.
• Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, and performance management.

Talent Management (TM)

• Lead talent planning, succession management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Implement robust performance management systems to drive meritocracy and high performance.
• Partner with L&D to design and deliver programs for capability building and leadership pipelines.

Organization Development (OD)

• Drive culture-building, employee engagement, and change management interventions.
• Design OD frameworks to support business transformation and scalability.
• Lead initiatives around organizational design, restructuring, and role effectiveness.

Leadership & Governance

• Manage, mentor, and develop the HRBP team to ensure excellence in delivery.
• Ensure HR compliance, governance, and risk management in line with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with COEs (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements:

• 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership HRBP role.

• Strong exposure to Talent Management, Organization Development, and Strategic HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder groups across geographies.
• Proven ability to drive culture, transformation, and high-impact HR initiatives.
• Postgraduate in HR / MBA-HR from a reputed institute preferred.
