As the Head of Gold Loan at a scheduled commercial bank, your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the Gold Loan business nationally, with a focus on Profit & Loss (P&L) management and strategic market expansion. - **Strategy and Business Growth:** - **P&L Ownership:** You will have full responsibility for the Gold Loan portfolio's national P&L, including revenue targets, cost management, and profitability. - **Strategic Planning:** Design and execute a national strategy for the Gold Loan vertical to achieve aggressive Assets Under Management (AUM) and market share growth. - **Product Management:** Oversee the development, design, and pricing of new Gold Loan products and schemes to remain competitive and meet diverse customer needs. - **Market Expansion:** Identify new geographies and market segments for expansion.
