The Head of FP&A at TTBS plays a critical strategic role, driving financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision support in a fast-paced B2B telecom environment. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with business goals. It provides actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking to support growth and profitability. Partnering closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams, the Head of FP&A ensures financial discipline and strategic alignment across functions. The role also focuses on cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and capital allocation. Leveraging modern FP&A tools and analytics, the Head of FP&A drives data-driven decision-making and supports TTBS s agility and competitiveness in a dynamic market.
The Head of FP&A is responsible for driving strategic financial planning and performance management to enable sustainable business growth. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and resource optimization. Acting as a key business partner, the Head of FP&A ensures alignment between financial goals and business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability in a dynamic B2B telecom environment.
CFO (primary reporting line), CEO, and other C-suite leaders (CHRO, CIO, CTO) for strategic decision-making. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, and IT to support planning, performance tracking, and investment decisions. Within Finance, work closely with accounting for accurate reporting and Treasury for cash flow and capital planning. Additionally, to lead and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring high-quality analysis and execution.
The Head of FP&A is a key people leader, responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing FP&A team. This includes setting clear goals, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. They mentor team members, foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of best practices in financial analysis and planning. The role also involves cross-functional influence, guiding non-finance stakeholders through financial concepts and decisions.
