Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Facilities/Regional Head to oversee our facility operations across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility management operations across multiple sites in the region.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Manage budgets and financial planning for facility operations.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and service agreements.
Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices.
Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures.
Lead a team of facility staff and manage performance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
