Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ESG strategy aligned with various frameworks such as BRSR, GRI, etc.
• Development of ESG policies, framework for ESG as well as roadmap for the organization to embark on ESG/sustainability journey including initiatives/targets & ESG disclosures.
• Functional support to development team for developing ESG tools for all ESG related activities in-line with BRSR/ GRI/ SDGs etc.
• Training & Awareness of workforce for ESG including biodiversity, labor compliances etc.
• Driving Businesses for collection & reporting of projects/manufacturing specific ESG data to assess footprint including water, GHG, hazardous waste, procurement etc.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including EIA, labor laws, sustainability reporting etc.
• Promote sustainability, health, safety, fair labor, and diversity & inclusion across the workforce.
• Ensure transparent ESG reporting in line with BRSR, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN SDG frameworks.
• Develop ESG reports and drive ethical practices, compliance, and accountability at all organizational levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation in Science, Engineering or related field.
• Post-graduate in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Development, or related field; MBA with ESG/Sustainability specialization preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience with at least 5-7 years in a mid-senior ESG/sustainability role (renewable/energy/construction/manufacturing sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ESG regulations, disclosure standards, and investor expectations.
• Proven ability to integrate ESG into business strategy and operations.
