The Manager Sustainability Analytics Services will be responsible for Sustainability Analytics Business Engagement and stakeholder management, including requirement gathering, prioritization, scoping, and elicitation. Objectives of the Position To ensure implementation of sustainability related audit systems To ensure timely and smooth conduct of audits Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities To carry out activities related to sustainability. Role & responsibilities Demonstrate understanding of the basic concepts of Sustainability, ESG Reporting Frameworks (GRI, BRSR, TCFD, SASB, CDP, CDSB, UNPRI, SDG etc.) and Assist in the development of Sustainability Report, Integrated Report and Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR). Demonstrate basic understanding of concepts of climate change, energy and GHG emissions, carbon footprint, water consumption and waste management Assist in Assurance of Sustainability Disclosures according to ISAE 3000, AA1000AS, etc. Contribute and assist in development of proposals, webinars, training modules, presentations. Demonstrated ease at skillfully leveraging MS office tools such as Power point, Word, excel spreadsheets etc. Assist in conducting gap assessments according to International Disclosure Frameworks. Extensive research and articulation abilities to consolidate and convey information in an organized and concise manner. Assist in conducting Stakeholder Engagement & Materiality Assessment. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's/masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability, Data Science, Corporate Responsibility or a related field. Functional Skills & Behavioral Skills Functional Skills: Prior experience with ESG (execution / reporting / monitoring) and exposure to reporting requirements related to ESG, e.g., BRSR, SASB, UNSDG, GRI, etc. Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in ESG or sustainability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint and SharePoint. Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation and reporting. Proven experience in ESG report publication (drafting and designing of reports) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Strong SQL skills for data management and querying. ( Desirable but not mandatory ) Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. ( Desirable but not mandatory ) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, CSRD or TCFD. Knowledge of sustainability metrics and reporting standards.
