Requirements: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields. Masters degree (MBA in Sustainability or Environmental Management) is a plus. Lead Auditor Certification in at least one ISO standard (ISO 14001/45001/9001). 3–5 years of proven experience in ESG consulting and ISO management system implementation. Good understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks (EIA, BRSR, CSR, etc.) and global ESG standards. Proficiency in MS Office tools and ESG software platforms (e.g., Power BI, or Darwin-box is a plus). Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively for client site visits. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with manufacturing or infrastructure clients.
