Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Engineer located in Kaziranga The Head Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all engineering systems and equipment in the hotel. This includes managing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction and facility functionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining engineering systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong communication and coordination skills with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Jorhat
