Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Head Engineer at Quick Smart Wash Private Limited. The Head Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day engineering operations, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the laundromat facilities. The Head Engineer will also manage maintenance schedules, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

• Strong expertise in Engineering and Technical Operations
• Experience in Maintenance Management and Troubleshooting
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Knowledge of Eco-sensitive Processes and Sustainability Practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to operate and manage state-of-the-art laundry technology
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Experience in the laundry or linen management industry is a plus
