Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP. Handle finalisation of accounts, preparation of balance sheet, and financial planning. Ensure statutory compliances including GST, TDS, returns, and related filings. Assist with internal audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Coordinate with management on financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. Support documentation and compliance as per Goa RERA guidelines (preferred). Candidate Requirements Proficiency in Tally with strong accounting knowledge. Experience in finalisation of accounts and balance sheet preparation. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory compliances. Prior experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of Goa RERA will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills in English, Konkani, and Hindi. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
