Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP.
  • Handle finalisation of accounts, preparation of balance sheet, and financial planning.
  • Ensure statutory compliances including GST, TDS, returns, and related filings.
  • Assist with internal audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
  • Coordinate with management on financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Support documentation and compliance as per Goa RERA guidelines (preferred).

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in Tally with strong accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in finalisation of accounts and balance sheet preparation.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory compliances.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of Goa RERA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Konkani, and Hindi.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
