Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services and health awareness campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and online reputation to enhance the hospital's online presence. - Collaborating with clinical and operations teams to create patient-centric digital content that resonates with the target audience. - Monitoring analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement with the online community. - Overseeing digital branding initiatives, website updates, and executing online campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. - Coordinating with creative and media agencies to ensure effective digital communication strategies are implemented. In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for healthcare or hospital industry experience. - Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead digital marketing initiatives effectively. Please note that this is a full-time position with an in-person work location.
