Head - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, product, and technology teams
  

Performance Marketing & Growth

• Oversee paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI
  

Content, SEO & Organic Growth

• Define content marketing and SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Oversee website performance, UX, and landing page optimization
• Guide social media strategy and brand voice across platforms
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic growth
• Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
  

Marketing Technology & Innovation

• Oversee marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
• Stay updated on digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
• Drive experimentation and innovation in digital marketing initiatives

  Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with leadership experience
• Proven success in scaling digital channels and driving measurable growth
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content, and analytics
• Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams
