Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the development, implementation, and management of the Data Lake (Artificial Intelligence) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities at Larsen & Toubro. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a robust, scalable data architecture and intelligent automation solutions that drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency throughout the organization. You will need to excel in execution, maintain strong governance, measure ROI, manage vendors effectively, and align with the business. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong expertise in data platforms, cloud architectures, lake house/data lake design, and integration of large-scale ERP systems. - Lead AI/ML use case development, NLP, generative AI, and intelligent document processing. - Have a deep understanding of RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate. - Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and govern ROI effectively. - Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence C-Suite and business leaders. - Drive project and program management with a focus on delivery excellence. - Possess strong expertise in Data Lake platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Hadoop), AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). - Utilize hands-on experience in large-scale data engineering, model development, and automation solutions. - Showcase a proven track record in large-scale digital transformation initiatives within complex multi-business organizations (EPC/Engineering/Manufacturing preferred). - Apply problem-solving, analytical, operational excellence, and people management capabilities effectively. Qualifications Required: - You should be an Engineering graduate. - Possess certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI, and RPA. - Have experience with data governance frameworks and ethical AI practices. - Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.,
