The CRM will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve client retention, and optimize sales conversions while working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer relationship strategies tailored to the real estate industry to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property buyers, sellers, and investors, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving client experiences and boosting sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer engagement campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee customer feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues related to property transactions and services.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and optimize customer communication.
  • Conduct property site visits and meetings with clients to provide personalized service and build trust.
  • Monitor customer lifecycle and suggest strategies to maximize client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional real estate services such as property management, home loans, and legal assistance.
  • Train and guide customer service teams on best practices for relationship management in real estate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
