Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead the regional charter for the Corporate B2B2C business by acquiring and nurturing key partnerships in corporates and communities to distribute financial solutions at scale. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will enable organizations to provide wealth and investment benefits to employees and tap into high-affinity communities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, reach out to, and onboard new accounts for Corporate and Community Acquisition & Onboarding. - Pitch financial wellness products as part of employee benefits programs. - Establish strong relationships with HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance stakeholders. - Act as the primary contact for clients and create long-term engagement plans. - Design and deliver employee engagement campaigns in collaboration with marketing and product teams. - Conduct sessions and events to educate and activate users. - Own product usage and revenue targets, pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Drive retention and ensure continuous value delivery to clients. Qualification Required: - Strong B2B2C/institutional selling and relationship management experience. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. - Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership attitude. - Experience in financial products (investments, insurance, lending, wellness, etc.) is preferred.,
