Lead end-to-end collection strategy across early, mid, late, and NPA buckets
Build segmented, analytics-driven strategies to improve cure rates and reduce credit losses
Optimize collections mix across digital, tele-calling, field, legal, and agency channels
Partner with analytics teams on propensity-to-pay models, treatment optimization, and A/B testing
Manage and govern external collection agencies with strong performance controls
Drive automation and technology-led collections journeys
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and fair practices guidelines
Collaborate with Credit, Product, Risk, Legal, and CX teams to strengthen portfolio quality
Unsecured lending exposure is must.
Candidate must have exposure in Collection strategy for more than 8 Years.
