Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have one to two years of experience in collections.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from clients.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.

Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase revenue.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, providing insights for business growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in collections with a strong track record of success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze complex financial data.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Experience with collection software and technology is an asset.
