• Be comfortable creating

  that are flavour-forward and well-balanced
• Demonstrate an

  inclination towards Continental cuisine

  , particularly in technique and presentation
• Lead

  menu development, kitchen operations, and team management

  for a new outlet

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  7+ years of professional kitchen experience

  , preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of regional Indian ingredients and cooking techniques
• Experience in

  menu planning, costing, and execution

• Ability to build systems and maintain consistency from the ground up
• Hands-on, creative, and operationally sound
