Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a strong Continental foundation to lead kitchen operations, contribute to menu development, and grow alongside our expanding portfolio.

This role is designed for chefs who see themselves as future leaders, group chefs, or hospitality consultants, not just employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations

• Design, execute, and refine Continental-focused menus

• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Work closely with management on concept development and innovation

• Train, mentor, and discipline kitchen teams

• Implement SOPs, hygiene standards, and cost controls

• Collaborate across multiple projects and kitchens when required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong base in Continental cuisine

• Demonstrate leadership, discipline, and consistency

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

(Compensation will be based on experience, skill set, leadership ability, and growth potential)
