The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new menu items, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Qualifications Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning skills Leadership and Team Management skills Creativity and Innovation in Cooking Minimum 10+ years of experience with 3-4 years of experience as a Head Chef Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment Experience in continental cuisine, chinese cuisine and indian cuisine with a strong focus on continental food. Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or equivalent work experience The pay range for this role is 40000-60000 INR per month based on candidates experience.
