Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine) to lead our kitchen operations at a 4-star hotel in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, maintaining food quality, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and design Indian menus for buffet, à la carte, and special events
Ensure consistent food taste, quality, and presentation
Manage and train kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Commis
Control food costs, portion sizes, and wastage
Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI)
Coordinate with purchasing and service teams
Create seasonal and special menus

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and regional Indian cuisines
Experience in hotel or fine-dining environment preferred
Leadership, time management, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
