Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Daily responsibilities include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and managing kitchen budgets. Additionally, the role involves creating innovative dishes to enhance the dining experience and contributing to guest satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in menu planning, recipe creation, and food presentation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Experience in inventory management and budgeting for kitchen operations
  • Ability to create innovative dishes and adapt to customer preferences
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in culinary arts, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
