Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef who can manage our kitchen and prepare high-quality Continental and Chinese dishes. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and Chinese dishes
Plan menus and ensure food quality and consistency
Manage kitchen staff and assign daily duties
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Control food costs and reduce waste
Order and manage kitchen inventory
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Continental and Chinese cooking
Strong leadership and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen
Culinary diploma or relevant training preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
