Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design a creative, high-quality menu that aligns with our restaurant’s theme and target market.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
  • Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain excellence in preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Work closely with management to develop seasonal specials and new recipes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Creativity and passion for Malabar cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,509.77 - ₹58,909.44 per month
