Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef based in Pushkar. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The role involves managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a streamlined, efficient kitchen workflow. Additionally, the Head Chef will introduce innovative recipes and consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests.
Qualifications
- Culinary expertise in cooking, menu creation, and recipe innovation
- Skills in kitchen management, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as food quality standards
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate a team effectively
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Formal culinary training or certification; degree in culinary arts is a plus
- Experience in managing high-volume kitchens or luxury dining establishments is preferred
