Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pushkar for the Head Chef role. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including planning and preparing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include managing food inventory, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and creating culinary experiences aligned with the company’s brand. Collaboration with other departments may also be required to enhance guest dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in culinary skills, including recipe creation, food preparation, and plating techniques.
- Experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, and training.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and inventory management.
- Creativity and the ability to craft unique dining experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Professional culinary education or certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role is an advantage.
- Passion for delivering memorable culinary experiences in alignment with a hospitality-focused brand.
