Job Description

Supervise and manage the entire kitchen team, including CDPs, Commis, and helpers. Plan, design, and update menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal trends. Monitor and control food costs, wastage, and inventory while ensuring profitability. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality and consistency. Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI and company policies. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve performance excellence. Coordinate with management and other departments (service, bar, purchase) for smooth operations. Handle staffing requirements, scheduling, and conflict resolution within the kitchen team. Regularly review suppliers and raw materials to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food regulations.
