The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Other responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, and coordinating with suppliers. Qualifications Proven culinary skills and creativity in menu planning and food presentation Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and organizational skills Knowledge of industry best practices in food safety and sanitation Experience in managing kitchen inventory and working with suppliers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs A degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred Prior experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role is advantageous
