Job Description

The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality

Indian and Continental cuisine

with stylish presentation that matches Fashion TV Café’s premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a diverse menu featuring Indian (tandoor, curries, appetizers) and Continental (pastas, grills, salads, sandwiches) dishes.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff across Indian & Continental sections.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance at all times.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
  • Control food cost, minimize waste, and maintain recipe standards.
  • Collaborate with management for menu updates, promotions, and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in professional kitchens, with strong expertise in Indian & Continental cuisines.
  • Culinary degree/diploma preferred.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
